EGS Production Machining, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is located in Irving, Texas. We are a manufacturer of precision, close tolerance Swiss CNC machined parts, specializing in stainless and nickel based specialty alloys. In addition to precision CNC turning, we also have milling and grinding, & sub-assembly capabilities.
Our Swiss CNC lathes are the in latest production technology. Each machine routinely hold tolerances of +/- .0001" and have a barstock capacity up to 1.250" diameter (32 millimeter).
We also have 4 multi-axis CNC bar machines with bar capacity to 2.50" diameter for larger, more complex parts.
Many customers have partnered with us by outsourcing their critical components and releasing these requirements via Kanban/electronic inventory management systems. Most of these partnerships have become “dock to stock” supplying due to our exemplary quality ratings.
We have produced inventory for a variety of different industries including process control and flow measurement in both petrochemical and industrial water products, seismic exploration, medical device and medical diagnostic, document sorting and imaging, & commercial electronics.
